Giving back

All proceeds go to support the critical work of the Friends of the Dillon Ranger District, helping preserve the trails and public lands we all love to ride.

FAQs

What's included with registration?

As a registrant you will be a part of the race (obviously), get a Miir Tumbler, Stio water bottle, hydration and food for the race, and access to the after party. As a reminder, all proceeds will benefit Friends of the Dillon Ranger District.

How long/difficult is the race course?
Each loop is 5.5 miles long with 530 feet of elevation gain and loss. The course is not technical and is fun and flowy. Depending on your speed, it can take 25-50 minutes per lap.

Is there a refund policy?
We will not refund you if you can't participate in the race, but can facilitate bib transfers. The race will go rain or shine. If we need to cancel due to extreme weather, we will issue a 50% refund (the remainder going directly to Friends of the Dillon Ranger District) or defer your entry to the following year.

Where do I pick up my race packet?
You can pick up your packet at the Frisco Adventure Center from 5-7 PM on Friday, September 25th and 6:00-7:30 on Saturday, September 26th.

What equipment do I need?
Bike (any kind) and helmet are required. We suggest bringing an extra tube, repair kit, and clothing for all weather conditions. We will have hydration and food at the race village.

Is there parking available?
Yes. We will have an entire lot for participants (at the baseball fields/Nordic Center), and plenty of additional parking at the Frisco Adventure Park and on the street.

Is there camping available?
We strongly encourage camping for the weekend to keep the fun going. You can reserve a site at the Peak One campground through recreation.gov, a couple minutes down the road from the race village.

What is the kids race?
We will have a kids race at 11AM, leaving from the race village. The race will be approximately 1 mile with prizes for all.

Are dogs allowed?
You can have your dog at the race village, but it must remain on a leash due to the number of people and bikes moving around at all times. No dogs allowed on the trail during the race.
